We do risk assessment and risk mitigation for small and medium sized companies.

Our company was founded in 2011, over ten years ago by Norma Shirk. She is an attorney licensed in Tennessee, Texas and Colorado. After many years as a government attorney, corporate lawyer, and small business owner, Ms. Shirk transitioned to giving business advice.
